Using Flash in Sunlight

A quick tutorial I put together about using a flash in sunlight. I've exactly no formal photography training and everything I know is limited to internet browsing and experimentation so this is what my brain cooked up to solve the problem of using a speedlight to provide fill light in direct sunlight. Do any of you who actually know what you're doing do anything different?
